Amazon Strikes A Deal With Warner Bros, Bringing West Wing and Fringe To Amazon Prime
Amazon has announced a partnership with Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution. Through the partnership, Amazon will be bringing shows like The West Wing, Dark Blue, Alcatraz, and Fringe to Amazon Prime. Amazon Instant Videos now has over 18,000 movies and TV shows.
This content can be watched on PCs, Roku Players, and the Amazon Kindle Fire. Amazon Prime costs $79 per year and it comes with 2-day shipping on millions of Amazon.com items.
“Since launching Prime Instant Video, we’ve continued to expand both the quantity and quality of video content for our Prime members. Bringing Fringe and The West Wing – two shows with a devoted fan base – to Prime Instant Video first, is another way for us to add value for Prime members and to continue to give customers content they love,” stated Amazon director of digital video content acquisition Brad Beale. This article was written by Amit Chowdhry.
