Samsung Sold 10 Million Galaxy S III Phones

Samsung has announced that they have sold 10 million Galaxy S III phones, which is ahead of their self-imposed deadline of July 31st as pointed out by Investors Business Daily‘s Doug Tsuruoka. Tsuruoka cited an article in South Korea’s Yonhap News Agency about the deadline. The S III started selling in the U.S. this month across multiple carriers. The S III has received numerous positive reviews and it is the official phone of the Olympics.

It’s great the Samsung was able to hit the 10 million mark on the Galaxy SIII sales. That’s a very hard number to achieve for any company! I bought a Verizon Galaxy SIII, and I can see why so many sold in a short amount of time. Many of my Dish coworkers said that an LTE phone is something I should try getting since they have had a good experience with the network. I like streaming my live and recorded TV to my phone through the Sling Adapter I have connected to my receiver at home. I use the Dish Remote Access app a lot because I like the convenience of the app. LTE has made streaming fast and simple. I would recommend this phone to anyone.
