Microsoft Integrates LinkedIn Into Microsoft Office

LinkedIn has announced that Microsoft will be integrating the social network into the upcoming version of Microsoft Office.  Users will be able to log in using their LinkedIn usernames and passwords within Outlook and see profile information like photos and status updates for anyone that sends them an e-mail.  LinkedIn data can be added into contact cards within Outlook too.  Microsoft Office is available as a free consumer preview and will hit retail shelves early next year.
