Evernote has launched a new service called the Developer Voice Program.  Developer Voice Program is a developer community that encourages users to provide mentorship and support to developers that want to build apps around Evernote’s note-taking platform.

Evernote is a Silicon Valley-based startup that has over 35 million users that utilize apps built by the company for to-do lists, photos, recipes, etc.  To head up the program, Evernote hired Rafe Needleman from CNET.

Needleman will establish new content channels to provide the community with guidance and resources that they will need to build products.  Rafe will also report on industry trends and technology themes with editorial independence.
