Apple and Samsung CEOs Tried To Settle, But Had No Luck

Yesterday we wrote about how the CEOs of Apple and Samsung were going to meet to try and make a settlement without the jury getting involved.  Samsung attorney Kevin Johnson told Judge Lucy Koh that “The CEOs did speak… There was no resolution” though.  Samsung and Apple both went over a preliminary version of the 22-page document, which has questions and charts that the jurors will review to to decide what patents and claims are being infringed.  [TheVerge]
