Hon Hai Increases Salary By 16%

Foxconn parent company Hon Hai Precision Industry said on Friday that they will be raising the basic salary of Zhengzhou, Henan production line workers by 16%.  Hon Hai has had difficulty recruiting talent in the area.  Hon Hai is also reducing the probation period of entry-level employees to three months from six months.  Foxconn is known for building iPads and iPhones.  They have more than one million employees in China.
