IBM Acquires HR Software Company Kenexa For $1.3 Billion In Cash

International Business Machines (IBM) has acquired HR software and talent management company Kenexa for $1.3 billion ($46 per share) in cash.  Kenexa’s software includes recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and provides global recruitment services, recruitment technology solutions, and onboarding solutions.

Kenexa Prove It is a skills test solution used for identifying talent candidates.  Kenexa Interview Builder provides a structured interview reference library of around 3,000 questions.  Kenexa’s talent management software includes performance management, compensation management, goal alignment, succession planning, etc.
