Dell Announces Latitude 10 Tablet, 6430u Ultrabook, and OptiPlex 9010 All-In-One

Dell has announced a new tablet, ultra book, and all-in-one PC: the Latitude 10 tablet, Latitude 6430u Ultrabook, and OptiPlex 9010 All-In-One.

The Dell Latitude 10 is a 10-inch tablet that is intended for enterprises.  The Latitude 10 fits with current IT environments and standards by supporting Microsoft productivity applications and plugs into existing management consoles.  The Latitude 10 has an Intel Atom SoC, 10.1-inch IPS 1366 x 768 LCD display (Gorilla Glass), 8-megapixel primary camera and an HD front-facing shooter.  The tablet has 2GB of RAM and up to 128GB of eMMC NAND storage.  The tablet also has an SD card slot.  The tablet has a fingerprint reader and smart card reader for effective two-factor authentication.  Connectivity for the tablet is one full-size USB 2.0 port, microUSB charging socket, mini-HDMI, headphone/microphone combo pack, and micro-SIM slot.

The Latitude 6430u is a 14-inch Ultrabook is 33% slimmer and 16% lighter than Dell’s current 14-inch Latitude notebook.  The 6430u is available with up to 256GB of solid state storage and offers Intel Core i3, i5, or i7 Ivy Bridge processors.  The laptop has Ethernet, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, VGA, and HDMI ports.  The keyboard is a standard touchpad and there is a pointing stick at the center of the keyboard.  The screen resolution is 1366 x 768 pixels.

The OptiPlex 9010 is a 23-inch 1920×1080 computer that has a v-Pro-certified Ivy Bridge processor and Windows 8 operating system.  Memory can go up to 16GB, the video card is an Intel Integrated Graphics HDMI/VGA, and the hard drive can go up to 1,000GB.  The optical drive is the standard Dell 8-in-1 media card reader and an optional Blu-ray reader drive can be added.  There is an optional Dell Wireless WLAN card that can be added and there are 4 external USB 3.0 ports, 4 external USB 2.0 ports.
