Google Rumored To Be Working On A $99 Nexus Tablet

Even though Apple is likely to announce an iPad Mini on October 23rd, Google is working on building a $99 Nexus tablet according to Asian supply chain companies (DigiTimes).  The $99 tablet is expected to be released this quarter.

The $99 Nexus tablet will have an ARM-architecture, single-core processor 8950 made by WonderMedia Technologies, and a HUVA TN panel made by HannStar Display.  The tablet is being produced by Quanta Computer.  The iPad Mini is expected to retail for around $200.
