Staples Adding Lockers From Amazon.com To Their Stores

Staples, one of the largest office supply retailers in the United States, will be installing “Amazon Lockers” to their stores.  The Amazon.com lockers in Staples will let online shoppers have packages sent to Staples stores.  Amazon.com has a similar at various grocery chains, convenience stores, and drug stores.  This allows customers avoid having to wait for ordered packages because of a missed delivery.  Amazon.com will send customers an e-mail with a pickup code.  This can be entered on a touchscreen to open the locker containing the package.  Shoppers will have three days from the delivery date to pick up the package.
