Apple and HTC Reach A Patent Settlement

Apple and HTC have reached a settlement for the next 10 years.  This is great news for both companies because they have spent so much time and energy trying to figure out a solution for their patent disagreements.  The settlement covers current, past, and future patents.  Below is a statement from HTC and Apple:

“HTC is pleased to have resolved its dispute with Apple, so HTC can focus on innovation instead of litigation,” said Peter Chou, CEO of HTC.

“We are glad to have reached a settlement with HTC,” said Tim Cook, CEO of Apple. “We will continue to stay laser focused on product innovation.”
