Predictive Analytics Company Lattice Engines Raises $20 Million

Lattice Engines is a predictive analytics platform company that has raised $20 million led by New Enterprise Associates .  The San Francisco Business Times said that Lattice Engines was founded in 2006 and has raised $36.5 million total.  Of that $36.5 million, Sequoia Capital put in $15 million last year.

Lattice Engines processes large amounts of data to determine what the customer’s intent is.  The platform gives real-time data to sales representatives through a CRM platform, e-mail, or through mobile devices.  The company’s salesPRISM data-analytics platform allows salespeople to determine conversation talking points when calling customers like what they can cross-sell and how big of a deal is expected.
