My-Apps is an app building service that has raised $1.5 million from Financial Group Life in Russia.  The Financial Group Life set up a $10 million technology venture fund earlier this year.  My-Apps previously raised a $300,000 investment from Farminers seed fund and Igor Matsanyuk, one of the founders of Mail.ru.

My-Apps aims to make mobile app development easier for people.  My-Apps also has a B2B operation for the creation of enterprise apps.  My-Apps started expanding in the U.S. and some of their customers include MTS (Russian mobile carrier), NIC.ru (domain name registration company), Etisalat (Arabian mobile carrier), and Yandex (Russian search engine).
