Nokia’s Lumia 620 Is A $250 Contract-Free Windows Phone 8 Device

Nokia has announced a new mobile device called the Lumia 620.  The Lumia 620 is the most affordable Windows Phone 8 device as of right now since it is priced at $250 contract-free.  The reason for the low price is because the device has only somewhat decent specs.

The phone has a 3.8-inch display, 800 x 480 pixel resolution, a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon dual-core processor, 512MB RAM, 8GB of built-in storage (which can be expanded up to 64GB), and 7GB of free Microsoft SkyDrive storage.  The camera is 5-megapixel and it has a flash.  The phone does have NFC connectivity.

The 620 can be purchased in several different colors including magenta, orange, lime green, cyan, yellow, black, and white.  The Lumia 620 will start selling in January 2013 in Asia first.  The phone will expand to Europe, Middle East, and other countries after that.
