Viral Video Of An Eagle Picking Up A Toddler Was Fake
There are three students at a design school in Canada that have taken credit for a hoax around a viral video showing an eagle picking up a toddler a few feet before dropping him. The viral video hit around 16 million views as of today and it was uploaded 2 days ago. The video looked authentic because the cameraman ran up to the child after being dropped and he was found tearful.
There are a few indications of the eagle being fake like the the fact that the bird is not a golden eagle and the juv eastern imperial eagle is not known for being in Montreal parks. The video was made by Normand Archambault, Loïc Mireault, and Félix Marquis-Poulin. The three of them are students at Centre NAD and they created the video for a production simulation workshop class of the Bachelors degree in 3D Animation and Digital Design.
