Apple Is Working On Building A Cheaper iPhone

According to The Wall Street Journal, Apple is working on building a lower-end iPhone.  The cheaper iPhone may look just like the standard iPhone, but with a less expensive body.  Apple may use a different shell for the phone made out of polycarbonate plastic.  Other parts may remain the same or could be recycled from older iPhone models.
