NewVoiceMedia Raises $20 Million
NewVoiceMedia is an enterprise startup company that has raised $20 million. The company has contact center solution with 8,000 agents across 30 countries. The $20 million Series B funding was led by Highland Capital Partners and MMC. Existing investors Eden Ventures and Notion Capital also participated. NewVoiceMedia has raised a total of $26.3 million after this round. Based in the United Kingdom, NewVoiceMedia will use the investment will go towards expanding into the U.S. It will also go towards product development. Laurence Garrett, a partner at Highland, will be joining NewVoiceMedia’s board of directors.
Small, medium, and large enterprise companies can all benefit from NewVoiceMedia services. NewVoiceMedia provides the ability to route calls and offer automated responses. NewVoiceMedia also integrates live responses with customer record access. NewVoiceMedia helps businesses cut down their operating expenses and scale their physical contact center solutions.
NewVoiceMedia charges around $47 per agent per month with a minimum of 5 agents and 1 supervisor. NewVoiceMedia is seeing growth of 200% year-on-year and they are hitting a run rate of $15 million. Some of their customers include QlikTec, SHL, and PhotoBox.
“The objective is not to address the agent desktop market directly, but to integrate seamlessly with it bringing voice, chat, email and social channels to the desktop through intelligent queueing and routing,” stated NewVoiceMedia CEO Jonathan Gale in an interview with TechCrunch. “Couple this with management reporting, analytics and management tools (like workforce optimisation) and that represents a multi-billion-dollar market opportunity annually.”
