42 Floors Raises $12.3 Million

42 Floors is a commercial real estate startup company that has raised $12.3 million in funding.  42 Floors was planning to use the funding to expand beyond San Francisco and New York.

42 Floors co-founder Jason Freeman said that 42 Floors’ search engine has been used by over 1,000 companies to find 2 million square feet in office space.

The Series B round of funding was led by New Enterprise Associates with participation from existing investors Bessemer Venture Partners and Thrive Capital.  New investor Columbus Nova Technology Partners also participated in this round.

42 Floors sends out people to scout listings and has some solid photography of the offices that they find.  You can customize results and find the right location, size, and rate that is best for you.
