HP Office Pro X Wins A Guinness World Records

The HP Office Pro X inkjet printer has won a Guinness World Records award for being able to hit a print speed of 70 pages per minute.  This makes the Office Pro X the word’s fastest desktop printer.  The Office Pro X uses technology called Page-wide to hit those speeds.  Page-wide reduces the amount of motion required for the printing process.  HP can print a page in a single pass using Page-wide.  You may notice that classic Inkjet printers have to go back-and-forth for each printed line.  Page-wide was announced back in October 2012 and the Office Pro X printer was the first product to use it.
