Entelo Raises $3.5 Million
Entelo is a company that helps recruiters find the best software engineers and designers looking for jobs. Many candidates are posting important and relevant career details about their lives online. Entelo uses algorithms to help recruiters find matches by grabbing data from websites like Github and LinkedIn. Some of Entelo’s clients include Yelp and Square. Entelo can use millions of data points to create a “professional graph” for thousands of potential employees.
Entelo has 80+ clients that pay them and ten full-time employees. Entelo announced earlier this week that they have raised $3.5 million in round of funding led by Battery Ventures. Menlo Ventures also participated in this round. Entelo plans on using the funding to expand their operations.
Entelo has proven to their clients that they can show an ROI compared to other types of recruiting. Entelo charges around $6,000 per license to use their search engine and analytics tools. This article was written by Amit Chowdhry. You can follow me at @amitchowdhry or on Google+ at +AmitChowdhry
