The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1, 8.0 And 7.0 To Hit The U.S. On July 7th
Samsung Electronics has announced that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 line of devices is coming to the U.S. on July 7th. The prices have been revealed to be $199 for the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, $299 for the Galaxy Tab 3 8.0, and $399 for the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1. These devices will be available at Best Buy, Fry’s, Newegg, Sears, Samsung.com, and Amazon.com. The pre-orders started yesterday for the tablets.
The Tab 3 has three sizes: The Tab 3 7.0 has a 7-inch screen with a 1024 x 600 display, The Tab 3 8.0 has an 8-inch screen with a 1280 x 800 display, and the The Tab 3 10.1 has a 10-inch screen with a 1280 x 800 display. The 8.0 and 10.1 has the Android 4.2 operating system and large processor speeds. But the 7.0 has Android 4.1 and has 8GB of storage. The 8.0 and 10.1 has double the storage at 16GB. Fortunately, all three tablets can be expanded through microSD.
The 7.0 has a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, and a 3-megapixel rear camera. The 8-inch Tab 3 has a 1.5GHz dual core processor, 1.5GB of RAM, and 5-megapixel rear camera. The 10.1 has a 1.6GHz dual-core Atom Z2560 processor, 3-megapixel rear camera, and 1GB of RAM.
