Open In Maps

Google Chrome for iOS has been updated to version 28.0.1500.12.  This new version of the app has full browser history and interoperability with other Google apps.  For example, there is an option to open links for YouTube, Maps, G+ and Drive in the app instead of the browser.

Voice search has been enhanced and text-to-speech has been added to all variations of English, Spanish, German, Italian, French, Japanese, and Korean.  The app now supports full-screen mode on the iPad.

Lastly, Chrome will reduce data usage and speed up page load times.  You can view data savings in the Bandwidth Management settings.  You can download the new version of Chrome for iOS on the App Store now.
