Google knows that Google Hangouts are often times used for tutorials. Some teachers may be more receptive to using Google+ Hangouts to offer tutorials if they get paid for their time. This is why Google is testing out a service called Helpouts. Helpouts is a service that allow almost anyone to book Hangouts that would optionally require fees. The fees would be paid through Google Wallet for the transactions. Some of the categories may including auto repair, tech support, or math help. According to TechCrunch, Google started internally testing the service this past June and it may take months for the service to get off the ground. There is even a good chance that Helpouts may not launch at all.
