Morphlabs Raises $10 Million In Series D

Morphlabs is a startup that is a leader in OpenStack powered private and public clouds.  The company has announced that they have raised $10 million in Series D funding.  This round of funding was led by Tallwood Management and Entropy Research Lab.  Existing investor G2iG also participated in this round.  Morphlabs has raised a total of $22.5 million in funding since starting.

“The investment from three leading investors such as Tallwood Management, Entropy Research Lab and G2iG is about much more than capital,” stated MorphLabs co-founder and GM of Asia Operations Satoshi Konno. “It’s about accelerating the Asia OpenStack market and solidifying Morphlabs’ leadership position in it. As an open source technology, OpenStack represents a paradigm shift for enterprises and service providers and our OpenStack Training for the Asian market will provide ideal support for our users and simplify the deployment of OpenStack clouds throughout the region.”

Morphlabs is launching several training programs in Asia over the next 3 months, including Jakarta, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Cebu.
