Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) is currently being sued by several Breaking Bad fans that are claiming that the company is falsely advertising a “Season Pass” for the TV show, according to GigaOM.

The class action lawsuit was filed in San Jose, California.  The lawsuit claims that Apple owes customers who bought the pass for the show’s fifth and last season for $22.99 (or $14.99 for the non-HD version) did not include all 16 episodes.

The episodes were split into two parts, but Apple’s marketing materials for the “Season Pass” promised access to “every episode in that season.”

I assume this will be something proven false; as was the issue surrounding T-Mobiles no money down contract; where morons thought they could cancel the service and keep the phone for free. Or the idiot that sued McDonald’s for serving hot coffee and was too illiterate to read “caution hot beverage” on the container
