Mazda Motor Corporation (7261) Mazda3 Will Get ‘Mazda Connect’
Mazda Motor Corporation (TYO:7261) has announced that the new Mazda3 (Axela in Japan) will have the new next-generation car connectivity system, Mazda Connect. The new Mazda3 with Mazda Connect will go for sale starting this autumn. Mazda has developed a new Human Machine Interface (HMI) based on their unique Heads-Up Cockpit concept. The new HMI creates an environment where the driver is consistently look at the road ahead.
One of the functions built into the Mazda Connect is access to the Aha by Harman web content platform. Mazda is the first auto company to strike a global licensing deal with Aha.

Aha offers access to over 40,000 cloud-based audio and information presets*4 such as Internet radio, podcasts, and audiobooks. It also offers access to Facebook and Twitter feeds.
