Yahoo! Acquires Social Advertising Company Bread

Yahoo! has acquired a social advertising company called Bread.  The 6 employees at Bread will be joining Yahoo! following the acquisition.  Bread is known for designing a URL shortener service that displays an ad between the time that someone clicks on a shortened link and when they are taken to the website.  Bread raised $3.5 million in funding from investors like Troy Carter, Raptor Ventures, Marc Ecko, Jonah Goodhard, Noah Goodhart, and Paul Bricault.
