Union Square Ventures Homepage Looks Akin To Hacker News Now

New Union Square Ventures Website
Union Square Ventures has updated their homepage and it now has a voting system that looks akin to Hacker News. Union Square Ventures is known for investing in many popular Internet companies like Twitter, Etsy, Zynga, and Foursquare.

On the homepage of USV, you will see a link-sharing stream that is curated and also open for anyone to post a link that they feel is relevant.  There is a section of the website that shows links that the Union Square team shares with each other, but it is intended for the public to post interesting links and stories.

Startups can also pitch to Union Square Ventures by sharing a link to their website.  “Pitching is not spamming at usv.com if its done correctly,” stated Union Square Ventures partner Fred Wilson as quoted by TechCrunch.

Union Square Ventures will also be releasing a post bookmarklet, an Android sharing app, a Chrome extension, and a Firefox extension soon.
