Newsweek is going to start printing magazines again
When Newsweek decided to end their print publication, their readers were shocked about favoring a digital-only service. Newsweek decided that they are going to get back into print again starting early next year though. There will be an emphasis on subscription fees rather than depending on advertising as the central source of income though. Newsweek is going to brand themselves as a premium publication just like The Economist. The new editor-in-chief Jim Impoco told The New York Times that they are going to build a circulation of around 100,000 copies per week in the first year. The company also found ways to drop the cost of publishing.
