Swarm Mobile raises $3.5 million in first round
Swarm Mobile has raised around $3.5 million in a first round of funding, according to an SEC filing. This round of funding was led by Icon Ventures. Icon Ventures partner Tom Peterson is joining the board of directors at Swarm Mobile. The company helps track a shopper’s movement by detecting their mobile phone locations. In October of last year, Swarm Mobile raised a seed round of funding.
