Glow (iTunes link) is a popular fertility app that was created by Max Levchin. Glow was released slightly over four months ago and it has helped over 1,000 women successfully become pregnant according to TechCrunch.

Levchin is known for being a co-founder in PayPal with Peter Thiel and Elon Musk. After PayPal was acquired by eBay, Levchin founded Slide in 2004. Slide was acquired by Google for $182 million.

The app helps couples understand when the right time is for making love based on cervical mucus.

Glow users can donate $50 per month for 10 months to the Glow First fund. If a user does not get pregnant in that time, she can withdraw the money to help pay for fertility treatments. If she does become pregnant, the money would be donated for helping other women.
