Marketo acquires Insightera for $20 million

Marketo is a company that went public last April and they have recently acquired an Israeli company that focuses on website customization called Insightera for $20 million. The transaction was made in cash and stock and around $6 million was in cash. Insightera can identify visitors and customizes online and mobile experiences based on what they know about the visitor.
