An appeals court said that Apple did not violate a push notifications pants that is owned by Google’s Motorola Mobility, according to a ruling that was posted by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

The International Trade Commission (ITC) previously said that the Apple iPhone design did not violate a patent that was held by Motorola.

Motorola appealed the decision, but it was ruled again that Apple did not violate the patent. You can read the full ruling here.
