CommonFloor raises $10.4 million in funding

CommonFloor is an Indian real estate and listings company based in Bangalore, India that has raised $10.4 million from existing investors Accel India and Tiger Global. This is the company’s Series D round.

CommonFloor plans on using the funding to expand beyond property listings. CommonFloor has raised a total of $17.9 million. CommonFloor now has over 75,000 projects listed on their website.

“We have seen phenomenal growth in the past 2 years on every possible parameter – be it financials, visitors, advertisers or engagement. In fact, our topline has continued to grow by over 100% quarter on quarter since last year,” stated Sumit Jain, co-founder of CommonFloor. CommonFloor launched in 2007 and was founded by Sumit Jain and Lalit Mangal.
