McGraw-Hill acquires Engrade

McGraw-Hill Education has announced a deal to buy Engrade. Engrade is a K-12 educational platform that can track and organize school functions like classroom activities and curriculum content. The terms of the deal were undisclosed.

McGraw also acquired K-12 learning technology company ALEKS Corp this past June.

McGraw-Hill Education will be integrating Engrade’s platform with their own digital platforms. McGraw-Hill will maintain Engrade’s offices in Santa Monica, California.
