Reflektion receives $8 million in funding

Reflektion is a predictive analytics startup that helps retail companies improve customer conversion rates. Reflektion has received $8 million in Series B funding led by Intel Capital and Nike. Reflektion will be using the funding to increase sales and marketing. The company will also launch e-commerce and business intelligence products.

“This is like the game-changing ‘Moneyball’ story of advanced analytics being brought to retail,” stated Reflektion CEO Sean Moran.

Reflektion offers real-time inputs about a customer’s next purchase by analyzing different data-sets. Reflektion was founded by former Google executive Amar Chokhawala. Chokhawala was one of the early engineers to work on Gmail and Google Books.
