The University of Southern California is going to offer a new course this fall called “Glass Journalism.” Students will have to come up with new ways for journalists to tell stories using Google Glass and augmented reality in the course.

Professor Robert Hernandez will be teaching the course. Professor Hernandez will be approving each signup. Around 12 students are expected to join the class from various backgrounds. Students will also be expected to create apps for Google Glass that will enhance storytelling on the platform.

“Glass Journalism” is not the first class that focused on Google Glass. A professor at Syracuse University had his social media class create Google Glass apps this past fall.
