Lamudi is a real estate classifieds website that operates in 21 markets in Asia, Africa, South America, and the Middle East. Lamudi has raised $7 million in funding from several investors. The only investor name that was disclosed is Tengelmann Ventures. It is unclear whether if this $7 million funding round is a seed round or later stage financing.

Lamudi received startup accelerator support from Rocket Internet. Lamudi now has over 200,000 property listings globally as of this month.

“The announcement of this substantial funding for our Asian operations is very welcome and will be crucial in helping us to make better and faster progress towards our goal of becoming the market leader in online property in Asia,” said Lamudi co-founder Paul Philipp Hermann.
