International Business Machines Corp. (IBM) announces ExperienceOne

At the SmarterCommerce Global Summit 2014 conference in Tampa, Florida, International Business Machines Corp. (NYSE:IBM) has announced a digital marketing platform that includes capabilities that were acquired through the Silverpop deal. This platform is called IBM ExperienceOne, which is a rebranding of its Enterprise Marketing Management Suite. ExperienceOne is available on the cloud, on-premise, or through a hybrid environment. ExperienceOne also includes capabilities acquired through Sterling Commerce, Tealeaf, Coremetrics, Unica, DemandTec and Xtify.

With cloud, on premise and hybrid options, IBM ExperienceOne quickly scales to engage every customer in the moment while protecting their privacy.”

IBM ExperienceOne is built on best practices working with more than 8,000 organizations worldwide. ExperienceOne delivers a set of pre-defined engagement solutions delivered with IBM consulting services and powered by WebSphere Commerce.
