Netskope receives $35 million in funding
Netskope is a cloud app analytics and enforcement company that has raised $35 million in funding. This round of funding was led by Accel Partners with participation from Lightspeed Venture Partners and the Social + Capital Partnership.
Netskope can help companies identify what cloud services workers use and gives IT tools to control the use of these services rather than blocking them. For example, an IT administrator can allow employees to use Box, but can prevent them from sharing certain documents or with specified partners.
Netskope plans on using the new round of funding to hire engineers, expand sales and marketing, and launch in Europe.
