SAP Ventures has led a $20 million Series C round of funding in Jibe Inc., which is a recruitment technology company. Existing investors that participated in this round include Polaris Partners, DFJ, Gotham Ventures, Longworth Venture Partners and Thrive Capital. Doug Higgins of SAP Ventures will be joining Jibe’s board of directors.

Jibe has now raised a total of $37 million in funding. Jibe will be using the funding for talent acquisition

“Job seekers, recruiters and hiring managers deserve to have simple, easy-to-use solutions, instead of the complicated experience they are forced to endure with today’s legacy enterprise HCM providers,” stated Jibe founder and CEO, Joe Essenfeld. “Now, large, global companies that were previously drowning in heavy enterprise solutions have an easy and intuitive user experience using Jibe. We design software for the people who are going to use it instead of just for the process it solves. By adding an investor as strong and experienced as SAP Ventures, with an unparalleled commitment to our growth evidenced by its market development team, we are poised to accelerate Jibe’s rise to category leader.”
