Dropbox acquires data analytics startup Parastructure

Parastructure has been acquired by Dropbox. Parastructure is a stealthy startup that helps companies analyze data and put together stacks of business intelligence. The deal was reportedly worth between $10 million and $50 million, according to TechCrunch.

Dropbox has acquired several acquisitions recently. This includes startups like Readmill, Zulip, Loom, Hackpad, Bubbli, Droptalk, and MobileSpan. Dropbox is expected to go public sometime within the next couple of years.

Based in San Francisco, Parastructure launched in 2012. The company was founded by Ryan Noon and Salik Syed.
