‘Better Call Saul’ already renewed for second season without airing first episode
Piggybacking off of the success of “Breaking Bad,” AMC has issued a second season of spin-off “Better Call Saul” without even airing the first episode yet. “Better Call Saul” stars Bob Odenkirk as the quirky lawyer Saul Goodman.
“Production on Better Call Saul is underway and we could not be more proud of nor more excited about the work to date. We join the fans in eager anticipation for this series and today we happily confirm that our initial Saul order is for two seasons and a total of 23 episodes,” stated AMC president Charlie Collier.

AMC said that it has pushed the landing date for the 10-episode first season from November to early 2015. The second season will have 13 episodes.
