Oracle Corporation (ORCL) acquires screen-sharing company LiveLOOK

On Friday, Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL) acquired LiveLOOK, which is a collaboration and screen-sharing technology company. LiveLOOK is a co-browing technology company that is used to resolve customer issues through the web and mobile channels. Oracle has added that it has 100 customers using LiveLOOK already since it was integrated into its service cloud. As a result, Oracle will have less customer call handling time and costs. LiveLOOK will be integrated directly into its cloud computing technologies. Some of LiveLOOK’s customers include Capital One, Match.com, and Accenture.
