Amazon.com has received a $2 billion credit facility from Bank of America. The credit facility is for two years and could be extended for another 3 years with approval.

The credit line was announced one month after Amazon.com reported a second-quarter loss of $126 million. Amazon announced last month that it acquired Twitch Interactive for $970 million in cash.

“Borrowings under the Credit Agreement may be used for working capital, capital expenditures, acquisitions, and other corporate purposes,” said Amazon.com’s filing.
