Sqrrl Raises $7 Million In Series B Funding

Cambridge, Massachusetts-based Sqrrl is a big data analytics company that has developed software which can uncover hidden patterns and trends that has raised $7 million in Series B funding. This round of funding was led by Rally Ventures. Atlas Venture and Matrix Partners also participated in this round of funding.

“Sqrrl is at the intersection of two of the most important trends facing the enterprise: cybersecurity and Big Data,” said Zenas Hutcheson of Rally Ventures in a statement. “Sqrrl’s technology can help both Fortune 1000 companies and government agencies prevent themselves from becoming the next cyber incident headline story.”

Sqrrl also announced the launch of Sqrrl Enterprise 2.0. Sqrrl Enterprise 2.0 offers a full-stack security analytics for detecting and responding to advanced cybersecurity threats. Sqrrl is able to unify security, network, endpoint, and user data into a single platform.
