ToutApp Raises $15 Million In Series B

ToutApp is a sale platform company that enables salespeople to close more deals. This is possible by using its sales tracking, templates, and analytics tools. ToutApp has raised $15 million in Series B funding led by Andreessen Horowitz. Sigma West, Founder Collective, 500 Startups, and the Launch Fund also participated in this round. The company has now raised over $20 million in total funding.

Currently, sales teams use over 15 tools to help run the sales process. Due to this fragmentation, 71% of sales professionals have said that they spend too much time on data entry, which impacts the ability to sell and drive revenue.

“Research shows 65% of a salesperson’s time is wasted on busywork because of ineffective sales software,” said ToutApp founder and CEO Tawheed “TK” Kader. “Our mission is to empower the modern, more consultative sales culture by providing salespeople and sales managers with the best possible platform to close deals.”

ToutApp plans to use the funding to scale its operations and infrastructure in order to meet the growing demand for its platform while continuing to expand upon its capabilities and features. ToutApp’s software platform directly integrates into Gmail, Outlook, and CRMs like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.

ToutApp has more than doubled its enterprise customer base in the past year. Some of the companies that utilize ToutApp include Dropbox, Atlassian, and Namely.

“ToutApp delivers what salespeople and sales managers need today — a smarter, faster way to close deals and accelerate revenue cycles,” said Andreessen Horowitz general partner Scott Weiss. “This is the next generation of software for salespeople to efficiently and effectively communicate with prospects and customers. We’re impressed by their strategic approach to the market and are eager to help them continue to scale.”
