The LG Banter is very similar to the Rumor 2 phone, but what makes the Banter special is the price.  The Banter will cost $19.99 when signing a contract after rebate with Alltel.  That is about $30 less than what Sprint is selling the phone for.  Some of the Banter features include a full QWERTY keyboard, a number keypad, Bluetooth, 16GB microSD cards, QVGA resolution, 1.3 megapixel camera, and a talk time of 5.5 hours.
