<p>GrubHub is based in Chicago and recently developed an iPhone application that complements their existing service.</p>
<p>Origin Ventures, Leo Capital, and Amicus Capital participated in this round of funding.  The previous round was $1.1 million and Amicus participated in that round.</p>
