<p>Andrew Rutledge worked for DoubleClick, but became a Google executive <a href="http://pulse2.com/2007/04/13/google-close-to-buying-doubleclick-for-31-billion/">after the acquisition</a>.  Now Rutledge will be working at PubMatic in the same position. Josh Wetzel, former head of business development for eBay&#8217;s Shopping.com will also be joining PubMatic.</p>
<p>PubMatic&#8217;s investors include Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Nexus India Capital, and Helion Ventures.  PubMatic currently has about 5,500 web publishers that they work with for ad optimization.</p>
